When you purchase digital artwork from Aurora Art Gallery, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the artwork as-is
• You may not claim the artwork as your own creation
• You must credit the original artist when required by the license terms
• Each purchase is for a single user; sharing downloads is prohibited

3. Unique and Limited Edition Works

All artworks in our gallery are unique, limited edition pieces. Each artwork is sold on a limited basis to preserve its exclusivity and value. Once sold out, the artwork may not be available again.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed before digital artwork is delivered. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with download links to your purchased artwork in high resolution. Downloads are available for 30 days from the purchase date.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, content, and materials on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The artists retain all rights to their original creations.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

8. Limitation of Liability
