Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital artwork at Aurora Art Gallery are final. Once you have downloaded your purchased artwork, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We will consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to download your purchased artwork due to a technical error on our end, and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive artwork that is significantly different from what was advertised
  • File Corruption: If the downloaded files are corrupted and we cannot provide working replacement files

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under our exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence if applicable

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Prevention Tips

To avoid issues with your purchase:

  • Review artwork previews carefully before purchasing
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection for downloading
  • Download your files within the 30-day availability period
  • Keep backup copies of your downloaded artwork
  • Contact us immediately if you experience any download issues

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and inability to make future purchases. Please work with us directly to resolve any issues.
